Last December 3, 2020, ARS members Julio Amador, Emmanuel Bautista, and Dr. Charmaine Willoughby, together with UP IMLOS' Atty. Pia Benosa, held an RTD on the US-PH Mutual Defense Treaty for the National Defense College of the Philippines. They have recently published a monograph on the same subject.
